Program Schedule

Our program schedule varies for each individual based on clinical need specific requests from clients or referents. We offer a continuum of care, including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient (OP).

PHP: 30 hours of therapeutic services per week, which amounts to over 120 hours of treatment per month, including a combination of individual and group sessions. PHP clients come in 5 days/week.

IOP (Tier 1): 15 hours of therapeutic services per week (or more), which amounts to over 60 hours of treatment per month.

IOP (Tier 2): 12 hours of therapeutic services per week (or more), which amounts to over 48 hours of treatment per month.

IOP (Tier 3): 9 hours of therapeutic services per week (or more), which amounts to over 36 hours of treatment per month. (evening option available 6-9pm)

OP: 1-8 hours of therapeutic services per week. (evening and weekend options available)

Clients who come in will enter one of the above five programs available at RESOLUTIONS, depending on the level of care they require.

Clients receive individual therapy on each day they attend PHP, as well as all three tiers of IOP, which is rarely seen in addiction and mental health treatment where the focus is more on group psychotherapy. In addition, all of the individual, trauma, and family therapists are licensed, including psychologists, clinical social workers, and marriage and family therapists.

The RESOLUTIONS staff consists of world-renowned addiction and mental health specialists whose expertise and evidence-based approaches make them leaders in the field, including psychologists, psychiatrists, registered dieticians, spiritual counselors, neurofeedback practitioners, life coaches, mindfulness meditation counselors, acupuncturists, and clinical case managers.

IOP is good for most people coming out of residential treatment who are relatively stable but still need a moderate level of structure. The PHP program is really for someone who needs a higher intensity level of care and lots of structure, even after inpatient, before dropping down to IOP. All of our programs are designed to step people down to a lower level of care as we help them to become more stable and increase their outside support systems.

Dear Friends,

With the goal of providing continuing care and comprehensive support for our clients confined during
the “stay at home” directive, Resolutions was beyond grateful for the ability to fully migrate all levels of
our comprehensive care program to telehealth platforming last March. From what our clients have
shared with us, the support provided was invaluable.

Now, after months of conscientious planning, we are equally grateful to welcome clients back for full in-
person treatment services. Carefully and continually guided by the recommendations of the Centers For
Disease Control, National Institutes of Health, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO), and requirements for both Los Angeles County and the city of Santa Monica, our
new re-opening health and safety protection protocols are now fully adopted and in place, to ensure our
commitment to providing the highest quality of treatment, in the safest possible environment, for both
our clients and their families.

For those still unable to attend face-to-face sessions, we will continue providing our full complement of
treatment services via telehealth, for as long as necessary. For those who would prefer in-person
treatment services, but due to their current situation cannot fully participate face-to-face, we are also
able to offer a “hybrid” treatment program blend of both telehealth and in-person sessions.
These past few months have been extremely challenging for all of us, and we truly hope that you and
yours have stayed safe and sound. We are so appreciative for the continued ability to provide our
therapeutic services to current clients, and warmly invite any who find themselves struggling during
these uncertain times to please reach out to us-we are here to help in any way we can.
