Adrienne Loth, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Adrienne earned her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and offers a rich and varied background attained through her pre-med studies at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), the University of Washington and the University of Minnesota. Adrienne specializes in providing one-on-one treatment for clients suffering from trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. Adrienne also has had significant exposure to the demanding environment of the entertainment industry and can be relied upon to offer specialized therapy for child, adolescent and adult entertainers as they struggle to find balance between life challenges and career obligations. Her passion for helping others lead more enriched lives can be traced back to the personal challenges Adrienne encountered when suffering a head injury from a surfing accident. At the time, she was in the process of becoming a medical doctor. Due to extensive nerve damage, Adrienne was unable to speak for two years. Never one to succumb to adversity, she inadvertently discovered the true value of listening, turned perceived limitations into opportunity and redirected her career focus to psychotherapy, where she fuels the positive side of mental health, the social, emotional and professional success of her clients. With more than 20 years of experience in the recovery community, Adrienne has developed an authentic style of connecting with people, often using humor and a straightforward approach to communicating. She currently serves as the Director of Clinical Outreach at Resolutions Therapeutic Services and can be found at the helm of advocacy, developing and nurturing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and productive partnerships with colleagues.
