
Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Erica earned her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Children, Youth and Families from the University of Southern California. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development at the University of Arizona.
Erica worked as a Clinical Social Worker at UCLA in the Emergency Department as the primary responder for all cases including suicidality, domestic violence, substance abuse, homeless individuals, and at-risk youth. Erica counseled patients and families with complex issues and mental disorders by utilizing psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
As a Program Director, Erica practices clinical skills by utilizing a strength-based perspective and maintaining an empathetic approach with her clients. Erica understands the importance of communication and focuses on building open and caring relationships with everyone at Resolutions Therapeutic Services, Resolutions Living, as well as community mental health partners.
