Soleah Nicolis is a graduate of The Trinity School of Natural Health, The Resilience Toolkit Certification Program and the TRE® Los Angeles Certification Program. Soleah holds additional certifications as a Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. Soleah began her holistic health career in the Los Angeles area at a Healing Arts Center where she assisted with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and health concerns. In that environment she was exposed to numerous healing modalities and ample hands-on training. Her ongoing curiosity about mental health, community and service allows her to combine her intuitive and nurturing instincts with her passion for helping others reconnect to their authentic selves. While on her own personal healing journey, Soleah discovered TRE® and then The Resilience Toolkit. These modalities taught her both the benefits and importance of turning on the body’s natural ability to restore itself to balance. This led to her passion for teaching evidence-based mindfulness and movement practices. Soleah creates a warm and welcoming safe space for clients to receive the support and guidance they need as they build resources, grow their resilience and progress towards self-regulation and self-empowerment. While on this path, clients are able to awaken to their own inner healing potential. Being able to witness a client grow, change, and most of all gain a deeper understanding of their inner workings brings her tremendous joy. Soleah has taught TRE® and The Resilience Toolkit to a variety of organizations, individual clients at an Integrated Trauma Treatment Center and community groups comprised of both local and international participants.
