Vanessa has been with Resolutions Living since February 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and client support. In her role as Lead Tech, she is responsible for coordinating ride schedules for clients, maintaining organization within the house, conducting weekly UA tests and room searches, and overseeing the restocking of household supplies. Vanessa has excelled in assisting customers, managing operations, and supporting clients with transitional living, planning activities, and ensuring a safe environment. With a strong background in customer service and client management, Vanessa has developed exceptional skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate’s Degree in Public Health. Vanessa consistently brings a positive attitude and a team player mentality to her work, making her a valuable asset to the Resolutions Living team.
