Abbey earned her B.A. in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, where she is training to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her academic and professional path has been deeply shaped by her own recovery journey, which began in 2016 and continues to inspire her commitment to supporting others in building meaningful, fulfilling lives.
With over six years of sobriety and extensive experience in the recovery field, Abbey has worked with individuals at critical stages of healing. In her role as Associate Program Director, she is passionate about creating supportive, structured environments that promote both clinical excellence and compassionate care. Her work focuses on helping individuals navigate substance use and mental health challenges while building sustainable foundations for long-term recovery.
Abbey takes a holistic, person-centered approach that integrates emotional, physical, social, and spiritual wellness. She believes that lasting recovery requires healing the whole person and empowering individuals to reconnect with purpose, resilience, and community. Through her leadership and clinical work, Abbey is dedicated to fostering programs that support both individual transformation and collective healing.
