ABOUT RESOLUTIONS THERAPEUTIC SERVICE
Every client who enters one of the 5 days/week programs at Resolutions receives between 15-30 hours of therapeutic services per week, which amounts to between 60-120 clinical hours of treatment per month, depending on which program they sign up for (see Treatment Program Schedule to learn about the differences between the PHP and IOP levels of care).
This includes a combination of individual and group sessions (two are gender-specific and the others are co-ed). Clients receive one-on-one sessions and may be assigned to multiple clinicians based on clinical need for every day they attend Resolutions. This is rarely seen in traditional mental health and addiction treatment, where the focus is more on group psychotherapy. In addition, all of the individual, family, trauma, and DBT therapists are licensed, not interns or psych assistants.
The Resolutions staff consists of world-renowned addiction specialists whose expertise and evidence-based approaches make them leaders in their respective fields, including psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, registered dieticians, spiritual counselors, neurofeedback practitioners, life coaches, mindfulness meditation counselors, acupuncturists, and clinical case managers.
Individuals who enroll may be assigned to multiple clinicians based on clinical need, including a primary therapist, trauma therapist, family/couples therapist, psychiatrist, dietician, acupuncturist, neurofeedback provider, life coach, yoga therapist, and spiritual counselor. Clients meet with these clinicians 1-5 times a week (depending on which tier they choose and whether or not they come at the PHP or IOP level).
The PHP program at Resolutions consists of 30 hours per week (5 days per week). The 1st tier IOP program at Resolutions consists of 15 hours per week (5 days per week), the 2nd tier IOP program consists of 12 hours per week (4 days per week), and the 3rd tier IOP program consists of 9 hours per week (3 days per week). Depending on the intensity of
treatment that a client needs and/or is looking for, we make a determination of whether they start at the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd tier. Clients may then step down to fewer days/hours per week in subsequent months should they choose to stay in in the IOP longer than a month. Eventually most clients drop down to our outpatient (OP) program.
The PHP, IOP, and OP programs at Resolutions are offered in the daytime as well as in the evening. Our evening programming is from 6-9pm on weeknights and from 9-12pm on Saturdays. The evening and weekend programs are ideal for individuals who work or go to school during the day.
OUR PROGRAMS
PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM (PHP)
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) are an intense form of outpatient care here at Resolutions Therapeutic Services. Our PHP level involves up to 30 hours of treatment per week, through a combination of one-on-one sessions and group treatments.
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP)
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) are the intermediary stage between partial hospitalization (PHP) or an inpatient treatment plan (such as residential or psychiatric treatment) and a low-commitment outpatient program, which involves as few as one or two treatment sessions per week.
OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (OP)
Outpatient programs are a form of regularly scheduled treatment where clients visit a treatment center to attend one-on-one or group sessions as part of their ongoing long-term mental health plan or recovery program.
Unlike an inpatient program, where clients stay overnight at the same residential or psychiatric facility where they receive treatment, outpatient programs are designed to provide mental health support while a client continues to attend to their day-to-day responsibilities.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Our program schedule varies for each individual based on clinical need specific requests from clients or referents. We offer a continuum of care, including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient (OP).
