Staying Connected After Treatment

Welcome, Resolutions Therapeutic Services Alumni!

At Resolutions Therapeutic Services, recovery doesn’t end when treatment does—it’s a lifelong journey. To help you maintain the progress you made in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we offer weekly, process-oriented group psychotherapy exclusively for alumni.

There is no cost to participate; the only requirement is that you have completed at least one month of treatment with Resolutions.

The Alumni Group

Join an inspiring community of motivated individuals who are continuing to grow in recovery. The Alumni Group helps reinforce the positive changes you’ve made and keeps you connected to our supportive clinical team. For continuity of care, the group is facilitated by one of the same therapists you worked with during IOP—someone who already knows your journey and goals.

Our alumni consistently report that staying connected helps them:

• Stay on track with their recovery goals

• Reduce feelings of isolation

• Strengthen coping skills and accountability

• Build supportive peer relationships

Aftercare is a key component of ongoing recovery, and our Alumni Group provides a safe, therapeutic space to continue your personal growth.

Family Support Group

We also offer a no-cost, weekly Family Support Group for loved ones of current or former clients. This group provides emotional support and psychoeducation for families impacted by addiction and mental health challenges.

If traditional 12-step programs such as Al-Anon, CoDA, or Families Anonymous haven’t felt like the right fit, our Family Support Group offers an alternative—a confidential, professionally guided environment. Sessions are facilitated by a licensed, marriage and family therapist with more than 20 years of experience providing family and couples therapy.
